The Scoop: FAQs

    • Branding projects typically take 4–6 weeks.

    • Website design and build projects usually take 6–8 weeks.

    • Social media management starts immediately after onboarding and is ongoing with monthly deliverables.
      Specific timelines depend on the scope of your project and timely feedback.

  • Our packages include up to two rounds of revisions per stage (e.g., logo concepts, website mockups). Additional revisions can be arranged at an extra cost.

  • We use a dedicated client portal for all project communications, updates, and file sharing. You’ll also have access to your own communication channel for quick questions or updates.

  • Yes! To kick things off smoothly, we’ll need:

    • A completed onboarding questionnaire.

    • Any brand assets you already have (logos, fonts, imagery, etc.).

    • Information about your goals, target audience, and design preferences.

  • We understand that life happens! If you need to pause the project, let us know as soon as possible. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details on project pauses and potential rescheduling fees.

  • Yes! If you’d like to add services (like a social media kit or additional website pages), we can create a custom quote and integrate them into the project.
